Whether it was football or wrestling at Lancaster Catholic HS or Millersville University, Scott Martin was a dominating force in the 1980s.

At Catholic, Martin was a three-year letter winner in football and the Defensive MVP of the War of Roses All-Star Game as a senior. In wrestling at Catholic, Martin was the 189 lb. District III semifinalist as a junior and a Lancaster-Lebanon All-Star. As a senior, he went 40-0 with 34 pins at heavyweight and won District III AA and PIAA AA titles. He also won a national high school wrestling championship as a senior.

At Millersville Martin was a three-time 1st Team PSAC defensive tackle and two-time All-American. Martin was a free-agent camp invitee of the NFL’s New York Giants and had three different stints in the Arena Football League.
